Synopsis
Dr. Jekyll Alien Hunter chronicles the adventures of Henna Jekyll, a professor who is following in her father's footsteps researching extraterrestrials. Her research takes her around the world where she discovers the hazy boundaries between life and death, and reality and dream.
My Thoughts
Beautifully presented physical book. The black on blue, especially the pages is stunning. It is not really a story, more of a collection of anecdotes or moments within a relationship between life and death. I very much enjoyed this book and am glad it was something I bought. I will be looking for more content by Bruce Olav Solheim.
This book was a quick read but was filled with good laughs about what a relationship between a dreams and reality looks like in the real world. I blasted through every page and re-read it in the same sitting. Incredibly adventurous and charming yet so relatable. I love the style of art and I LOVE the style and design of the book itself! Delightful little read and something I will come back to over and over.
This is the most engaging graphic novel I've seen in a long time. The cover is amazing and the engraving is in blue and black, very nice drawings . I loved the consept, must read for all the lovers of graphic novels.
