Age was just a number by Shaheen Kazi is a work of romantic fiction. Story of a teen who fell in love with a person who is seventeen years older than her age. This book is about all the different phases of a teenage life. When he first get involved with someone romantically. From love at first sight to heartbreak for the first time. It's about all the lessons one can only learn through falling in love.

Sameera was enjoying the party when suddenly her eyes got stuck on a young handsome guy James , the son of Mr. And Mrs. Rodriguez their family friends. It was clearly love at first sight for her. 

When she opened up about her feelings for James in front of her father , even her father don't have any issue with their relationship except their religion. Since James is Christian and Sameera is Muslim.
Do they lived happily ever after?

This is an emotional , romantic journey of love and loss. Age was just a number is Shaheen Kazi's second book and what I found out after completing this book is " attention to details" parts of this experience may have been told before but never with such freshness, intensity and power. World building and character building is done Amazingly by the author.
