Synopsis

What happens when the greatest battle you fight is in the mirror? Out of Chaos is a unique collection of poetry that combines the art of storytelling with personal reflection to explore the on going battle of the mind. This story of mental health will take you on a personal journey from start to finish. The author uses metaphors, traditional rhyme flow, alliteration, and assonance to paint a descriptive picture of each emotional topic–doubt, insecurity, duality, unrequited love, loneliness, hope, and the human connection. Each poem is different, but together, they complete an entire journey that encapsulates the single message: out of chaos, there is change.

Out of Chaos by Natalie Nascenzi is a collection of unique, original and thought provoking poetries , focused on harsh realities of our generation. i.e. stress , anxiety, depression and mental health related issues.

Author uses metaphors Amazingly to describe her own mindset and feelings. Accompanied by anecdotal notes that pinpoint the source of inspiration during loneliness , self-doubt and insecurities.

" The smoke it finally settles my mind begins to clear , " the monster was myself! " I cry "  

the monster was my fear"

A tear fall down my cheek drips slowly to my chin. 

The inner beast has lost its grip. And I begin again the chaos turns to silence"

Each poem is unique and refreshing in its own way and together it's a journey with a message that chaos and order are fundamental elements because every lived situation is made up of both. No matter where we are , their are some things we can identify and some things we neither know nor understand, and with that comes a change.

" Sit with me in the moment collecting words and spilling thoughts together , we'll conquer the chaos , finding comfort that hope is not lost " 

Alteration is also employed resulting in lyrical and slam poetry. The verse were great. Author has written this book in such a way that you will feel connected with every single word and poetry, you will feel what author wants you to feel.
