A tree with a thousand apples is a work of fiction by Sanchit Gupta.
Deewan , Safeena , and Bilal three childhood friends and neighbours. Likewise their families are also very close to each other. Where Deewan is a Kashmiri pandit and Safeena and Bilal are Muslims.
Story showcases the journey of these three little childhood friends and how a murder changed everything between them. Leaving the murderer regretting for his wrong doings.
Who is the murderer?
Why does he killed her?

I'm in love with the cover of this book and who says don't judge a book by it's cover. I'll say sometimes you can judge a book by it's cover. Just like the cover of the book, book is exceptionally good.
Author gave an excellent and detailed description of the characters Bilal , Deewan and Safeena . While reading author will take you along on a journey where you will feel what author wants you to feel from the colours of the chinara , shivering from the cold breezes of Kashmir, wooden homes to all the upcoming action , hiding of Kashmiri pandits, fights and burning of their home.
