In some societies, women are still discriminated on their gender. They are not given the same rights as men. Women are still paid less, expected to cook , clean etc. As women can't go out at night. This book will encourage women to feel strong by telling them that they can do everything that they want to do. Women can work outside their home. Women are not dependent on anyone.
One action is written by Sanya Khurana on her own life experiences which makes it even more interesting read. Author has also talked about the patriarchal mindset of our society and what actions we can follow to make a change.
