The Review
Magic ? Technology ? Myth ?
Indian mythology i.e Ramayana and Mahabharat showcases some of the most destructive celestial weapons, and Indian mythology is one of the richest elements of Indian culture.
In Hinduism , an Astra is a supernatural weapon , presided over by a specific deity and imbued with spiritual or occult power that caused it's effect or impact.
Through Astra trilogy author showcases the lives and the journey of ancient India to traverse the truth behind the weapons used in the godly era of Ramayana and Mahabharata. Author amazingly woven the journey of Karna , the son of Surya and Kunti and how Karna made tough choices during his lifetime.
I must say author Dharmesh Morwal has created a masterpiece through his knowledge of Indian mythology, and his engaging story telling in his own unique way.
Reading about Indian mythology broadens ones perspective on a topic and introduces oneself to a new perspective , which provokes to re-evaluate their own. Lastly reading Indian mythology provides an insight into the life and times of the particular place and in a particular time span, and helps everyone to learn about various mythological characters who are still providing hope to everyone who soully believes in them.
I love every aspect of the book from character building to the deep understanding of Indian mythology to the engaging storyline.
