Bhavna Dalal is the founder and CEO of Talent Power Partners—a leadership development consulting company. She is an international executive master coach and facilitator with a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electronics) from Bombay University and an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta. She has over 25 years of experience as a software development engineer, consultant and senior leadership in corporates in America, South Africa and India.
