Synopsis
How long are we going to run in this life? Is there anything called love at first sight? Is there anything better to do than love?
Krish alias Krishna is coming back to join his old school after a year. A lot of things changed for him in that one year. His absence also changed the life of his best friend Dinesh. He expected his return to be a normal one but there is nothing normal in it. There is magic, regrets, heartbreaks and a lot more.
As they are kids their life is highly influenced by their parents. These parents keeping up their marriage and love through time in ways they know of. Couple of events changes a lot of things for the kids and their parents. This is not a love story of two people. There is nothing similar to that in here. Open up the pages to enter the world of Krish.
Love is the most selfish and the most unproductive thing in the whole world. Everybody wants to love and be loved and that is what a soulful body does. The one important thing I want you to remember from here is ‘Learn to love’. Disclaimer: It is not that easy.
My Thoughts
Learn to Love by Aswin Shanmugam is an amazing piece of romance fiction and
can not express my love for Learn to love enough. It was just *so* fantastic. If you are looking for an amazing romantic read, this book is absolutely perfect!!! This book has representation which handles other topics (friendship, love, relationship etc.) to create an accurate portrayal of a young adult. I enjoyed my time reading this book, and I feel the diverse themes give this story something for everyone to enjoy or relate to.
This book had so many wonderful elements that made me smile time and time again. Book is flushed with surprises and many humanly emotions that will keep you hooked and engaging at all times.
The characters were beyond phenomenal. There are a lot of good stories, but it’s rare for a story to have characters as real as Learn to love. Each one was unique from any other character I’ve read, not to mention lovable in their own ways. The relationships between characters were also as complex as in real life, and I loved it. The written chemistry betweeen the lead characters was very well done, and I can guarantee anyone who reads it will be satisfied with them.
All in all, this book was “freaking” amazing! I was very pleased by this read and can (with absolute certainty) say it will be one of my favorites of the year!
Highly Recommended!
