First of all, it shows that no matter where you are standing right now (even if you are one of the best in the world), struggle is always a part of the process of moving forward.
Secondly, it shows that anxiety is part of the process, for every single person in the world. And that this anxiety can easily have its toll on your body.
Thirdly, it shows that it is exactly this struggle, which makes the process worth it in the end. It is because you have been going through this long time of struggle, that you get to appreciate your achievements much more.
I feel lucky to reach to this book. while reading i was thinking as if it has been written for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed this book that gives a refreshing and straight up insight from someone who’s actually been through it. It’s refreshingly different from the theory based books. An honest and frank appraisal of self awareness and how to self develop without being too cloying and false.
Each page of the book ends with key takeaways and important aspects to learn for a better tomorrow. You must apply what you learned in this book. Instead of just reading, you'll become an active participant in your own transformation.
