My Thoughts
Women are powerful agents of change, and the far-reaching benefits of diversity and gender parity in leadership and decision-making are increasingly recognized in all spheres. Still, women continue to be vastly under-represented in decision-making in politics, businesses, and communities.
It's time for the world to recognize the benefits of women in leadership, and commit to placing even more women in positions of power.
Dr Sue Speaks truly gives it all away in BossLadyShip to help women-particularly women of color- to navigate a path to leadership. Leadership is a set of teachable skills, and she teaches us exactly how to build those muscles with her own years of experience, examples, and new language. The future belongs to the women leaders, and she’s written the ultimate guide for women who wants to lead the organisation and start their own business.
I found this book the most powerful of all the books that I have read for women leadership. It highlighted the amazing opportunity we all as a women have to create to lead effectively.
Packed full with practical wisdom that you can start applying to your life and team straight away. This is a book for every women who wants to become a leader.
One of the few books I've read that I want to buy multiple copies to give away to others!
