Build The Home Team as the title suggests the stronger your relationships are with your family is , the better you will do in your buisness and in your life. The underlying success of a business depends on healthy family relationships. Probably more business fail because of poor family relations than any other reason. The younger generation often views family relationships from a different perspective than the older generation. These differing perspectives may lead to relationship conflicts. Build The Home Team by Dr. Amit Punjabi suggests why it's important for being respectful to all family members at all times for a successful business.
I have learned over the years that the common bond which all family members share is the challenge of running a successful buisness. Having a guide and plan as provided by Dr. Amit Punjabi and Kiahra Punjabi is a valuable contribution that will enhance the success of buisness and family relationships. This book is very topical and timely. It is written more as a practical guide or self-help manual with a set of ‘do it yourself’.
