My Thoughts
This book of Bernie S. Siegel is like all the other books of him this book has a lot of philosophy spiritual psychotherapy, past lives, and a good story which binds the writer to the book In this book author took a very good idea of the fact that how a person can be made to do the things he usually don't want to , it's some what like the Alchemist it's story is not that much faster but it's flushed with timeless wisdom flows from the mouths of Bernie's characters in which unconditional love and awakened consciousness are carefully explored.
When the imagination of a writer and the passion of a teacher cross-fefertilize the result is a novel on the order of Three Men Six Lives. This book has the potential to do for our generation what Bernie S. Siegel's Love, Medicine and Miracles did for his. It's that good! The most striking thing about this novel is its vivid description and profound insight.
For most novels this would be the entirety of the plot, but this book has a much deeper purpose. The ending is both satisfying and challenging. It is hard to read this book without a sense of awe, wonder and a box of tissues.
Three Men Six Lives was exactly what we all need. I read it myself few weeks back ago and the relief I felt after reading this book was enormous. It was recommended to me by a friend from the church.
So I recommended it to my friend and her family as they are struggling through the lost of their eight year old girl. The book serves more purposes than one, it certainly brought clarity and calm to the bereaved and to anyone who happens to read it. It also helped us all to understand the relationship between love and spirituality. It is a book I will recommend to people whenever I get the chance, it is well written and deserve to be read. I wish I had words to do it justice. I would like to read some more of Bernie S. Siegel's books, he writes with passion.
A parable of the best and worst in people. Definitely one to read and revisit. One of my favourites from Bernie S. Siegel.
