My Thoughts
Having clothing on our backs is a basic need that many of us take for granted. Many children and adults around the world do not have the luxury of having new things to wear. There is also some clothing worn by others that we don’t understand. Broaden your students understanding and compassion by reading these children’s books about clothing.

You can even extend the discussion about clothing during a Family Dinner Book Club. The message is simple and inclusive.. I bought it for a friends young niece who has an interest im fashion, he wanted to give her something that would foster that interest in a healthy and educational way.. she loved it.

I love this book. It is written beautifully and makes you appreciate everyday life with your children. Sweet everyday moments that come and go. Just love. Every now and then I find one that I love so much I will order it. This one is definitely a keeper and has permanent place on my shelf at home.

Jenna Greene captures the joy of dressing up, friendship, and discovery in her words. This was my favorite children's book of the year. Beautiful text paired with beautiful illustrations.

Highly Recommended!
