Off course we want to teach our students about the importance of fueling their growing, playing, learning bodies with healthy food and interesting recepies. When kids learn about good nutrition and develop positive attitudes about eating, it goes a long way toward lifelong health. Plus, kids deserve to learn about how GOOD healthy eating can feel—and taste! From trying new foods to learning to cook.

The book covers topics like the nutrition , cooking, the function of nutritious foods, Fun experiments and interesting facts. It even has kid-friendly recipes! Word to the wise: Readers should not pick up this book while hungry unless they have treats nearby. All in all, this comprehensive guide to kids’ this book is a hands-on tool that can be lots of fun for families and children.
The pictures are beautiful and vibrant - it peaks the kids interest. My kids really enjoyed this book. I know it'll be a favorite there too. Kudos to this author for finding a way to get kids excited about the importance of healthy eating and different recepies.
