All of course, without the cursing.

You won't get bored reading Mindfulness for Everyone because it's straight-to-the-point without the eight-hour read of high-level overly academic jargon.

Just read this baby for 5 minutes a day and those 5 minutes will give you a sense of purpose and better understanding of how to treat others.

Also included in Mindfulness for Everyone is how to properly send a text or an effective email to a co-worker without sounding insincere, rude, or terse.

Sometimes parents have to be reminded of mindfulness when dealing with their children.

With continued use of these mindfulness techniques, you will soon develop a sense of positive energy...
How to treat others well...
And contribute to a better world by changing it.

Take a journey toward kindness, and learn how to become unRude!

My Thoughts
Good manners are important when you want to get along well with people and make friends. But it’s not always easy to know for sure whether you’re coming across as rude or inconsiderate. This may be for several reasons. For example, if you haven’t had much practice in social settings or find it hard to read body language, you may not realize that your behavior isn’t appropriate.

Rudeness can take many forms, but rude behaviors have one thing in common: they show a lack of respect for other people.

Many will thumb their noses at straight-up self-help books—and yet, like me, they still need a lot of guidance on how to not be rude in this world. For my dear, dear friends such as this, I’ll suggest Mindfulness for Everyone: How to Stop Being Fu*king Rude to People! The Workbook one of my favorite book that may advise in that arena.

Pieter Wesley Whittington blends unique techniques with sound advice as he guides readers and explains how not to be rude and why manners and etiquette are important—because people who know how to handle themselves in social situations come out on top, get what they want, feel good about themselves, and enjoy life to the fullest.

You will find in Pieter Wesley Whittington's words a clear, practical, and accessible guide to what mindfulness is, how to cultivate it, and most importantly how to apply mindfulness in the midst of your life. Whittington's guidance comes from a place of clarity, wisdom, and kindness. I highly recommend reading this book, if you wish to understand mindfulness and transform your life.

Love this book! Very straight forward, written for every age group in simple language, but good for anyone else willing to learn how to live in the world of humans. Perfection at its finest for the modern audience.

Highly Recommended!
